This is a clear outer tote with a draw-string tote inside. Use it as 2 separate bags or together as a cute carrying tote. Fabric is a polyester jacquard weave, custom loomed. The handles are soft fabric covered cord and they loop through a PVC - Matt granite grommet. Finished Size is 11' x 4" x 11" Height (15" height including handles).
